Returns and Exchanges
At RumBehavior, we want you to feel just as confident about your order as you do when you slip into your favorite piece. While most things we create are made to be loved for life, we know sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. Here’s how it works:
- What’s Eligible: Only certain items can be returned or exchanged. Check the product description first, and if you’re not sure—just ask us through our Contact Page or send an email to info@rumbehavior.com.
- Condition Matters: To get your refund in full, your item must come back to us exactly as we sent it—new, unused, with tags and packaging still intact.
- Reduced Refunds: If an item that was sent in brand-new condition comes back used, damaged, or missing pieces, your refund will be reduced to reflect the change in condition.
- Shipping: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Simply reach out through our Contact Page or send an email to info@rumbehavior.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the next steps. Easy as that.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original form of payment unless otherwise noted. In some cases, we may also offer store credit if that works better for you. Please allow 5–14 business days after your item has been received for refunds or exchanges to be processed.
(Processing times may vary depending on whether your item is fulfilled by Rum Behavior or a vendor partner, as additional review and approval time may be required.)
Final Sale Items
Some things are meant to be yours forever. That means custom pieces, swimwear, intimate apparel, and anything marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned or exchanged.
Vendor-Fulfilled Items
Some products available on Rum Behavior are shipped directly from our vendor partners. These items follow the same general return standards listed above, with one difference:
- If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, buyers must notify us within 7 business days of delivery via email at info@rumbehavior.com or through our Contact Page.

Eligible returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Vendor-provided shipping labels will be issued for approved vendor returns. RumBehavior returns do not include shipping labels and must be sent back using the buyer’s chosen carrier.
Please review the product description carefully, as these items may have different return/exchange guidelines than Rum Behavior’s handmade pieces.
Damaged or Missing Items
We always want your order to arrive safe and sound. If your package shows up damaged, please let us know right away.
- Photo Proof Required: To process a damaged item claim, we require clear photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging.
- No Photo Evidence: Unfortunately, without photo evidence, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
- Timeline: Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Page or by emailing info@rumbehavior.com.

Who pays for shipping?
Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified by a vendor.
When will I get my refund?
