Shipping Rates

  • Flat $7.95 for all orders under $50
  • Free shipping for all orders $50 and up
  • Expedited shipping (2-day) → $25 flat per order (available for select products only)

Made-to-Order Items

Our made-to-order items can take up to 14 working days for us to create your bespoke design before shipping. Worth the wait, trust us.

Vendor-Sourced Products

We also partner with select outside vendors. These items ship directly from the vendor, which means:

  • Delivery times vary by product.
  • Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
  • If items are shipping from overseas, longer delivery times apply and will be clearly noted on the product page.

Packaging & Carriers

The details listed below apply only to Rum Behavior handmade and made-to-order products and do not apply to vendor-sourced products.

  • Accessories & lightweight items (under 1 lb) → shipped in our custom Rum Behavior polymailers via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Clothing & multi-item orders (1 lb+) → shipped in USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelopes.
  • Expedited options → shipped USPS Priority Express (2-day).


Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • In-stock items → usually dispatch within 1–2 business days.
  • Dispatch times may vary depending on whether the product is handmade, made-to-order, or vendor-sourced, and will be listed on each product page.
  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details. You can also find tracking info anytime by signing in to your account.

Attempted Delivery or Wrong Address

We know things happen. If you accidentally provide the wrong shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at info@rumbehavior.com or through our Contact Page.
  • If your package is returned to us, you may have the option to have it resent, but this will be confirmed on the product page. If reshipment is available, you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
  • If you no longer want the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product (minus the original shipping fees).


Note on Delivery Times

The delivery timeframe for each product will be listed on its corresponding page so that you’ll know what to expect before you checkout.
Please note: actual delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service, carrier backlogs, and weather conditions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, or for shipments marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please check your mailbox and surroundings, and contact your local postal service or the carrier directly for assistance. We’re happy to help with information we have on our end, but carrier investigations must be initiated with the courier.

Q: What if I typed the wrong address?

  • Contact us right away. If the order returns to us, you may have the option to have it resent (confirmed on the product page). If reshipment is available, you’ll cover the new shipping cost, or we can refund the product (excluding shipping fees).
